We would rather get the right item to you the first time. If something is wrong, this is how returns and refunds work.
Accessories and parts
- Return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging
- Contact us first for a return authorisation number — returns without one take longer to process
- Return shipping is on the buyer for change-of-mind returns; our mistake ships on us
Golf carts
Carts are inspected before dispatch. If your cart arrives with damage or a fault, report it within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns on vehicles are handled case by case and may attract a restocking and transport fee — ask before ordering.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item being received and inspected. Bank posting time is outside our control.

- Installed or used parts
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Batteries that have been charged or installed
