Orders and delivery
- Orders are confirmed by email with a delivery estimate
- Delivery windows are arranged by phone before the cart ships
- Accessories and parts usually leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days
Fitment and parts
Send us your make, model and year before ordering batteries, windshields or mounts. Golf cart frames vary more than people expect, and a two-minute check beats a return label.
Returns and warranty
Unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Carts are covered by the manufacturer warranty on new units and our inspection guarantee on pre-owned units — details are on the returns page.

Call or email during business hours and include your order number. You will get a person, not a ticket number.
