Golf Cart Colors: How to Choose Yours
Color is the first decision people make and the one they overthink least. Two rules cover most of it: pick what you will still like in five years, and think about heat.
Heat and finish
Light colors stay cooler in sun and hide dust; dark colors look excellent on day one and show every scratch after a season of garage doorframes. Metallic finishes hide swirl marks better than flat ones.
Visibility matters
A cart on shared roads benefits from a bright, unusual color — it is easier to see at a junction than white or silver in flat light.
Resale
Neutral tones sell fastest because they suit more buyers. If you are ordering new and plan to trade in later, that is worth knowing; if you are keeping it, buy the color you actually want.
